2. Products
We make every effort to display our soap products, colours, descriptions, and ingredients as accurately as possible. As our soaps are handmade, slight variations in appearance, weight, colour, and scent may occur.
All ingredient information is provided on product pages. Customers are responsible for checking ingredients for allergies or sensitivities before purchase.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout before payment is completed.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering using the payment methods available on our website.
4. Order Acceptance
Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. This does not mean your order has been accepted. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if products become unavailable, pricing errors occur, or fraudulent activity is suspected.
5. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier service used.
Under UK consumer law, goods must be delivered within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.
6. Cancellation Rights & Distance Selling Regulations
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, customers purchasing online have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their goods without giving a reason.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing by email within the 14-day cancellation period.
Once cancellation has been requested, products must be returned within 14 days. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.
Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in a resaleable condition for hygiene reasons unless faulty.
The following items are non-returnable unless faulty:
- Custom or personalised products
- Products sealed for hygiene reasons once opened or used
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
7. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and details of the issue. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
8. Allergies & Skin Sensitivities
Our soaps are made using oils, butters, essential oils, fragrance oils, botanicals, and other natural ingredients. We recommend performing a patch test before use. We are not liable for allergic reactions or sensitivities where ingredients have been clearly listed.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content including text, photographs, branding, logos, and product descriptions remain the property of [Your Business Name] and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
10. Privacy
Any personal information submitted through this website will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection laws.
11. Limitation of Liability
